Hi friends! This post is more of a nostalgic one because this was about a trip I took to the Biltmore Estate with Dillon back in 2021 in the Fall. We were engaged at that time and not yet married. If you’re not familiar with the Biltmore Estate, it’s a gorgeous mansion located in Asheville, North Carolina. It is America’s largest home spanning 175,000 square feet. It is basically a castle. I don’t know about you but I grew up watching Princess Diaries and I low-key got to relive my childhood dream of visiting a castle!
When we got there, we got tickets to visit the gardens and grounds. The tickets to see inside the Biltmore Estate were sold out so I suggest you buy tickets in advance if that’s the main thing you want to see. We were perfectly happy just walking around the grounds and garden area. The whole area is stunning! We played the Downton Abbey soundtrack in the background while driving and felt very British haha.
We drove to the winery area where you could do wine tasting. We were happy to find the wine tasting was complimentary. It was such a beautiful fun afternoon. I would love to redo that trip with my husband. We made wonderful memories visiting the Biltmore Estate<3
