There’s something so magical about visiting a pumpkin patch in early November—yes, even in South Florida! This year, we kicked off the season with a family trip to Tinez Farms in Miami, and it was such a beautiful day filled with sunshine, play, and toddler joy. A Charming, Pesticide-Free Farm in Miami
One of my favorite things about Tinez Farms is their commitment to keeping everything pesticide-free. As a mom, I’m always looking for places that prioritize clean practices, and this farm is such a gem. From the pumpkins to the play areas to the refreshments, I felt good knowing everything was safe and thoughtfully run.
Pumpkin Photo Backdrops + Fall Displays
Even though we’re in South Florida, the farm made it feel like fall in the sweetest way.

Farm Animals
Wyatt absolutely loved the farm animals. He ran from pen to pen pointing out the goats, sheep, and chickens with the biggest smile on his face. It was the kind of day where everything felt new and exciting to him, and watching his curiosity made my whole heart melt.
Of course, his other favorite part? The pumpkins!
He kept trying to pick up a tiny pumpkin on the ground and carry it around with him. It was adorable watching and cheering him on while he tried to lift it—one of those toddler moments that I know I’ll treasure forever.
Play Areas + Smoothie Breaks
Tinez Farms also has awesome play areas for kids, and Wyatt had a blast exploring them all. Two of his favorite activities were:
- The Rock-Climbing Obstacle Board: He climbed up and down with so much excitement. Every time he reached the top, he’d give us the proudest little smile—such a big moment for him!
- The Balance Stepping Stones: These colorful stepping stones were laid out for kids to hop across, and Wyatt loved testing his balance. It was so cute watching him take each step so seriously and then giggle when he made it to the end.
These activities were such a hit and made the outing even more special.
When we needed a little break from the sun, we grabbed refreshing organic fruit smoothies—the perfect treat for a warm South Florida afternoon. They were fresh, sweet, and such a fun way to cool off.
Even without crisp fall weather, this outing gave us everything we love about the season—a chance to slow down as a family, seasonal memories (pumpkins, animals, play!), organic treats, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!
It was just a wholesome family day…simple, sweet, and perfect for the season we’re in.
